Time to Shell-ebrate!

Hello there!!!
TGIF!!!
Whew!!! I need some R&R this weekend!

I'm stopping by to share a card with you using Alcohol Ink and some Craftin Desert Divas stamps dies!
I inked up some Yupo Paper from Ranger with the ink and some blending solution. Scatter your drops of ink first, than add a bit of blending solution directly to the ink drop. Swirl the paper a little to show movement...I did not want my sections to mix together. Allow the ink to fully dry...less than an hour.
I inked up the images with Memento black ink and colored them with Copic Markers.
Hair: V01, V15, V09
Fin: BG10, BG32, BG15, BG49

Paper Sweeties Blast From the Past-Day 2

Hello there!
It's day 2 of the Paper Sweeties Blast from the Past post
I'm sharing a card I created back in May 2017...you can find the original post HERE
I started off by inking the background with victorian velvet distress ink than adding some splashes of water.  I used Sweet Cuts Scallop Circle Die to cut the frame from My Mind's Eye wood pattern paper.  Than I stamped the sentiment from the set Love You to Pieces  with memento black ink.
I die some flowers and leaves using Sweet Cuts Dies Pretty Posies and Hello Spring. The felt is from Papertrey Ink. I threaded some twine and sewed some buttons for the centers and adhered the flowers and leaves to the frame.
I scattered some sequins you can find in the Sweeties Shop. To finish the card I adhered the decorated panel to pattern paper from Lawn Fawn than to the card base.

Hope you'll drop in on the designers to see what they have to inspire you!!!

Thank you!

Hello there!
How are you all doing?
I am really looking forward to winter break...some of the schools close for a few days, some a whole week...some R&R!!!

I'm stopping by to share a few cards with you...
I created this card using the color palette from My Favorite Things

I used a few products from MFT, Small Brick Wall, Harvest Buddies, Friends Furever, and Die-Namics Stitched Mini Scallop Rectangle Stax Dies. I inked up the brick wall with spun sugar distress ink and hickory smoke distress oxide, than added some splashed of white paint. I embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.

I stamped the images with memento black ink and colored them in with Copic Markers in shades C1, C3, RV000, RV00, RV63. I added some white accents with a gel pen. I used Outdoor Landscape 2 Die from Craftin' Deser Divas to trim the grass. I scattered a few sequins.

This card was created using the theme from Lawn Fawnatics

I stared off inking some cardstock with shaded lilac distress oxide, than used Avery Elle's Wonky Stitches Die to cut the panel. I added some splashes of white paint.
I used the Lawn Fawn stamp and die set Sewn With Love. I embossed the scissors, buttons, thimbles and spools of thread with Lawn Fawn's white embossing powder, than inked them up with distress oxides in worn lipstick and fossilized amber. I added some splashes of white paint than die cut.
I stamped the sentiment and some hearts with Memento black ink than added my notions. I finished the card off with some sequins.
How cute is this? Love it!!!

CDD February Release

Hello there!!!
I'm stopping by tonight to share some cards with you from the

I'll be sharing cards with you all week...
Let's start off with

I created my night time background with some distress inks in shades antique linen, broken china, faded jeans, wilted violet and black soot. I masked the moon and the ground first before I inked up the background. I added some splashed of white paint.
The images were stamped with Memento black ink and colored with Copic Markers. The sentiment is from the set There for You.
For this card I inked up some cardstock with cracked pistachio and peacock feathers distress oxide ink than used a few CDD dies to cut the circle window and clouds, Stitched In Circle Dies and Stitched Scallop Dies.
I stamped the sentiments and image with Memento black ink and colored with Copic Markers.
 *************************************************
These next set of cards I used

I used a few shades of distress oxide ink than die cut the letters, twisted citron, broken china and picked raspberry. I added a few splashes of water than a few splats of white paint.

I also used Up, Up & Away and Flag Banner Dies.  Image and sentiment stamped with Memento black ink and colored with Copic Markers.
For the shaker card I inked up the background with worn lipstick than used the stitched alphabet dies to cut the word LOVE as my shaker window. I added a few splats of white paint and die cut the panel with Fancy Frame Die.  The shaker elements are pink heart sequins.
The sweet cupid mouse and heart balloon are from PS I Love You, the sentiment is from Wishful Thoughts.

I had such a fun time making this card! I inked up the background of the card base and a seperate piece of cardstock with the new stencil and distress oxide inks in worn lipstick and fossilized amber. I die cut the sentiment 'happy' with the new stitched alphabet dies. I die cut the vellum panel with Fancy Frame Die and stamped the sentiment with Happy Sentiments.

Hello there!
I've been making a few Valentine's Day cards...just stopping by to share one
I started off by using My Favorite Things Stencil Radiating Rays and inked it up with some distress inks in tumbled glass and spun sugar. I used the stamp set Undeniable Chemistry and stamped the images with Memento black ink but embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.  I added the a small diecut using Die-namics Wonky Stitched Circle Stax and inked that up with some distress ink in pumice stone. I colored in the hearts with a white gel pen and added some gold thread and gold sequins.
